I've made 50 identical copies of a home DVD on my PC, details: Generated an ISO file from Pinnacle Studio 9 and burnt using CDBurner XP using 16-speed DVD-Rs. Most of these played OK on our new Sony RDR-HXD890 but quite a few gave the message 'Cannot play this disk'.
